There were eight Asian students enrolled in Floyd County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 27.3% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Floyd County Public Schools District welcomed 1,713 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 0.5% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the school.

Floyd County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Floyd County and has a main office in Floyd.

Among the five schools in Floyd County Public Schools District, Floyd County High School recorded the highest enrollment of Asian students in the 2023-24 school year.
