Town of Blacksburg issued the following announcement on July 12
Beginning Monday, July 12, from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., crews will be resurfacing Progress Street at Main Street, to Patrick Henry Drive. The work zone will allow for one-way traffic only, cross streets and on-street parking will be closed.
Drivers should use caution when traveling through the work zone and expect minor delays, or avoid the area if at all possible. The work is expected to last four days. This schedule is subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
