Radford University’s Tyler Pulik has received this year’s Big South Bob McCloskey Graduate Fellowship recognizing both academic achievement and athletic leadership. The award will support his continued studies in physical therapy.
Virginia Tech softball ended its season after falling to LSU at Tiger Park during the Baton Rouge Regional Final. The Hokies achieved their most wins under head coach Pete D’Amour and set several individual records.
Virginia Tech lost to LSU by an 8-0 margin during NCAA Regional play on May 16. This marks their first shutout loss of the season and sets up an elimination game against either Akron or South Alabama.
