Ferrum College's men's soccer team opened Old Dominion Athletic Conference play tonight on the road, beating Guilford College 3-0 at Armfield Athletic Center.

THE BASICS
Leo Galpin scored first for the Panthers at 15:09 off a pass from Callum Harrison. Lewis Darley then made it a 2-0 game with an unassisted goal at the 17:34 mark.
Kenny Nzekwe broke up the shutout with a goal at 19:16 for the Quakers off a pass from Ryan Doyle.
Cannon Newell added an insurance goal for Ferrum at 62:43, with a double-assist from Galpin and Harrison.
