Town of Christiansburg issued the following announcement on Jan. 13
POSTPONED: Weather permitting, AEP will now be replacing a utility pole at the intersection of Wades Lane and N. Franklin Street beginning on Monday, Jan. 31, and throughout the rest of that week between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The right southbound lane of N. Franklin Street and the right turn lane on Wades Lane will be closed while work is completed.
