City of Blacksburg issued the following announcement on July 22
Between July 26 - August 14, street resurfacing projects will begin on the following streets.
Specific start dates for these projects have not been scheduled.
Redbud Rd: From Toms Creek Road to the End (East)
Brook Circle: All of Brooks Circle
Ingles Court: From Clay Street to the End
Appalachian Drive: All of Appalachian Drive
Falcun Drive: From University City Blvd to Appalachian Drive
South Hill Drive: From Main Street to the End
Plantation Road: From Prices Fork Road to Town Limits (South)
Plantation Road: Prices Fork Road to the End (North)
This work will take place between 7am - 7pm. The work zone will require single lane closures and short-term closures of driveway entrances. On-street parking will not be permitted during the paving operation. Drivers should use caution when traveling through the work zone and expect minor delays.
