On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Blacksburg High School standout Lindsey Polan’s current college team, the UVA Wise Cavaliers, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the King Tornado.

The game took place at Winged Deer Park. This was their first matchup against the Tornado this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Winged Deer Park against Converse Valkyries.
