On Saturday, April 5, former Christiansburg High School standout Tanner Evans’ current college team, the Charleston Golden Eagles, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Glenville State Pioneers.

The game took place at Welch Athletic Complex. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Monday, April 7 at 1 p.m. at Welch Athletic Complex against Glenville State Pioneers.
