On Friday, April 25, former Blacksburg High School standouts Katey Mathena and Lorelei Spradlin’s current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Tusculum Pioneers.

The game took place at The Vick. This was their third matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 2:30 p.m. at The Vick against Tusculum Pioneers.
