On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Christiansburg High School standout Kadyn Camper’s current college team, the Purdue Boilermakers, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UAB Blazers.
The game took place at Mary Bowers Field. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.
The Boilermakers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Southern Illinois Salukis.
