On Friday, Feb. 14, former Blacksburg High School standout Lindsey Polan’s current college team, the UVA Wise Cavaliers, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the North Greenville Crusaders.

The game took place at Bill Gatton Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at Bill Gatton Softball Field against Chowan Hawks.
